The staff were kind and knowledgeable about the local area and Berlin. There are many museum and sightseeing brochures in front of the lifts, and you are welcome to take them with you. Breakfast is served on level 1 of the restaurant and is a continental buffet style assortment, costing 18 EUR per person. The food was nice, but you also have a variety of cafes around the hotel as well. The hotel is in the same block as two grocery chains (Penny and Aldi), a short walk from the Bismarckstrasse U-Bahn station and the Wilma shopping centre. Our room's windows faced a parking lot, which was quiet for the length of our stay, except for one or two police/emergency services sirens passing by. Central heating kept the room nice and warm, and mattresses and pillows were soft. Thick blankets were provided. The room has a kettle and tea/coffee replenished by room service, but no microwave.

Excellent location near U-Bahn station Bismarckstraße and Deutsche Oper. Charlottenburg Palace is a short walk from the hotel. To explore To explore the city, take the subway to Zoologischer Garten and then take Bus 100 across town to visit the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate and Berlin’s famous street Unter den Linden and the Museumsinsel. The breakfast room is enormous and the breakfast buffet is phenomenal. It includes just about everything you could want for breakfast. The helpful staff bring canisters of hot coffee upon request. Up Wilmersdorferstraße is the fine Italian restaurant Sole d’Oro and facing the hotel is another called Trattoria Nardino. Both have good menus at reasonable prices.

Bathroom was quite useful: the toilet, shower, and sink are separated and can be used by different people simultaneously. Breakfast was great, with an extremely rich buffet. There is a lobby with a bar. The staff was quite friendly and hardworking. Everything is maintained well and quite clean. The room was quite spacious. The hotel is not in the city center but is very close to a metro station, so transportation is quite easy. There are many restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and stores nearby.

We was here for the Euros, the location was brilliant for the places we need to access. The tube station was less than a 5 minute walk away. We managed to park right outside the hotel with no bother, we was in a van, so this was a huge relief as I am not sure if there was a height restriction on the car parks. Hotel staff were very friendly and the room had everything we hoped it would. The location of the hotel was also great for walking to restaurants and shops.

A very good hotel! We loved everything! Great location and quick check-in. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was well-designed, with the toilet separated. The bedding and pillows were incredible — very comfortable! The room and towels were spotless. High-quality toiletries were available in the shower. In the evening, the reception area also serves as a bar. We are very satisfied with our stay!
